Basic Party: $350

At Active Athletics, birthday parties include exclusive use of our facility for a total of 1.5 hours, giving your child and their guests a fun, private celebration from start to finish. The first hour is spent in the gym enjoying structured, staff-monitored activity led by a dedicated party host, with two preset circuits ready for play. The final 30 minutes take place in our party area for dessert, light snacks, and gifts if you choose. Parties include up to 25 children, plus the birthday child (26 total), with additional children welcome for $20 each. You’ll also receive 15 minutes of setup time before your party begins, access to our fridge and freezer, and a special birthday T-shirt for the guest of honor. During gym time, guests enjoy full access to our exciting features, including the Warp Wall, Zip Line, in-ground trampoline, tumble tracks, rock walls, two foam pits, preschool/toddler area, men’s and women’s Olympic equipment, and a variety of climbing obstacles and ninja challenges. The host family will need to bring all tableware items, decorations, and party favors as desired.

Party Plus: $375

With our Party Plus Package, you’ll receive everything included in the Basic Party Package, plus added convenience to make hosting even easier. Tables and chairs will be fully set up and ready for your celebration, and tableware is provided for up to 25 guests plus the birthday child. This includes coordinating tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, and silverware (choice of 4 colors) so you can relax and focus on celebrating while we take care of the details. Tables will also be set for gift collecting and for food serving and prep. All you need to worry about bringing is food, drinks, and any other decorations or party favors if desired.

Epic Party: $400

With our Epic Party Package, your celebration gets taken to the next level! This package includes everything from both the Basic and Party Plus packages, plus an exciting inflatable obstacle course added to your gym time. The inflatable is suitable for guests up to age 12 and brings extra energy, fun, and friendly challenge to the party, making it a favorite for adventurous kids. It’s the perfect upgrade for an unforgettable, action-packed birthday experience at Active Athletics. Everything else is covered, so you only need to provide food, drinks, and any optional decorations or party favors.

Highlights to look forward to:

The warp wall, zip line, in-ground trampoline, 30’ long trampoline, rock walls, two foam pits, dedicated preschool area for toddlers, both men’s and women’s Olympic events, various obstacles, and climbing/swinging ropes!

Need to bring checklist:

• Dessert: cake, cupcakes, cookies, and ice cream are all acceptable
• Candles and a lighter
• Serving and cutting utensils for cake
• Light, pre-packaged snacks: any snacks that are individually wrapped and don’t require being served or picked out of a container 
• Drinks: juice boxes or similar, soda, water, or sports drinks. Alcoholic drinks are prohibited
• Additional decorations and party favors, if desired
