Ninja & Martial Arts
(COED 3-6 years) The Mini Ninja program is targeted to teach children that movement is a safe environment. Warriors will run, swing, jump and climb through a variety of obstacle courses that challenge their strength, balance and confidence. Mini Ninjas learn how to climb and dismount safely, as well as how to work alongside their peers. This class is a fun and safe way to progress through challenges and accomplish physical goals.
(COED 7+ years) Active Ninjas will learn a variety of ninja and gymnastics skills, as well as learn how to style their own movement on any obstacle they encounter. Warriors will run, swing, jump and climb through a variety of obstacle courses that challenge their strength, balance and endurance. As warriors progress throughout the program, they will learn more difficult flips and learn to overcome taller obstacles.
(COED 5-12 years) This class is a combination of ninja drills and ninja training. Purely energetic and focused, students will have the opportunity to work with ninja stars, blow-guns with safety blunts, ninja swords and other ninja favorites. Students will also learn about the history of Ninja Arts and discover how your body works to deliver a punch or kick. As students progress and become more skilled, they will be able to test into higher ninja belt levels.
(COED 12+ years) This class is a combination of the best of the best martial arts styles. Students will receive instruction in Tae-Kwon Do, Kenpo and Ninjutsu Defense Tactics. Body awareness and surroundings will be addressed and worked on. Perfect for a mother and daughter team, single moms and women who work in quiet areas.
(COED 18+ years) Graceful ninja arts movements with an emphasis on stretching and staying limber. An overall low-impact class, Ninja Stretch is geared toward basic body strengthening.
