Active Athletics ‘Be Healthy, Be Fit, Be Active’

Within the Recreational Program at Active Athletics, we welcome children of all ages to have fun while achieving their personal goals and aspirations! Our philosophy that “sports are for everybody” motivates us to introduce your child into the sport of gymnastics. We place our pride and value upon the betterment of your child’s development, both physically and mentally. Our focus is to consistently provide positive reinforcement, body awareness, as well as encouraging each gymnast to follow simple instructions and appropriate group behavior.

With small class sizes of an 9:1 gymnast to coach ratio, your child will experience hands-on coaching with our friendly, energetic, and trained staff. Within each level of our recreational program, your gymnast will be able to experience various skills on all of the main disciplines (Girls: vault, bars, beam, floor and for Boys: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, high bar) as well as trampoline.

We believe each child has the potential for personal success! Each level of the recreational program functions on 6-week sessions. Evaluations to potentially advance to the next level take place during weeks 4 and 5, every other session
